RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return products to ZERURA jewellery. The customer must return the new and unused products to ZERURA jewellery within 30 days from the delivery date. ZERURA jewellery do not cover return shipping cost.

All original packaging and tags must be intact.  

In case of a refund the original shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer.

 

MUST BE NEW AND UNUSED

When purchasing products from ZERURA jewellery the customer accepts the terms of only getting your money back if the product is new and unused. The customer will only receive money refund if the returned product is unused. The 30 days begins after the delivery time and under no circumstances earlier than the customer has received the goods. In order to comply with the 30 days of return, the goods must be shipped and delivered as new and unused within the 30 days. ZERURA jewellery will only cover the shipping cost when returning products is a result of our fault. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original packages. When returning products the full paid amount for the product will be returned when ZERURA jewellery have received the return package. ZERURA jewellery will only refund to the credit card that was used when placing the order. (This is to prevent fraud)

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices stated on the online-shop are in DKK and includes 25% Danish VAT. The payment will be done via shopify payment. shopify payment and ZERURA jewellery accepts the following credit cards: Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express. In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. We do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, and fees for  prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
