Remember to pick up our parcel! If the customer does not pick up a parcel and the parcel is shipped back to ZERURA jewellery we will charge all the return cost.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Products that are bought before 2 p.m. will be shipped from our facility the same day (week days only). In Denmark orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the shipment date and in the EU within 7 working days from the shipment date.
We ship with PostNord or UPS.

ZERURA jewellery will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights. We ensure that our goods are packaged in a way that protects them during the shipment but sometimes damage does occur. Price and payment
All prices stated on the online-shop are in DKK and includes 25% Danish VAT. The payment will be done via shopify payments. shopify payments and ZERURA jewellery accepts the following credit cards: Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express. In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. We do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, and fees for prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
